The beam yard is strategically located south of Xiaolizhuang and west of Limazhuang Village, Nancao Street, Guancheng District, Zhengzhou City, situated along the下行 side of railway mileage JGDK689+840 to JGDK689+620. Covering an area of 223 acres, the facility measures 780 meters in length and 183 meters in width, serving as the core construction base for bridge engineering in this project section.
Massive Prefabrication Mission
The beam yard bears the critical responsibility of precasting concrete beams for the entire Zhengzhou South Railway Station bridge project, with the following production scope:
T-Beams: 548 pieces total
- Double-line T-beams: 528 pieces (spanning 32m, 24m, and 20m)
- Single-line T-beams: 20 pieces (spanning 32m, 24m, and 20m)
Box Girders: 220 spans total
- Double-line box girders: 54 spans (32m and 24m spans)
- Single-line box girders: 166 spans (32m and 24m spans)
